Barnardos Recruitment Opportunities in Scotland
At Barnardo's we believe in children. Our purpose is to transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children and our vision is to realise Thomas Barnardo's dream of a world where no child is turned away from the help that they need.
We believe we can bring out the best in every child whether the issue is child poverty, sexual exploitation, disability or domestic violence. Barnardo’s Scotland provides more than 122 community-based services throughout the country working with over 14,500 vulnerable children, young people and their families.
This is an exciting time to join Barnardo's. We have recently launched our new three year strategic business plan that sets a clear direction for how we will deliver our purpose of transforming the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children.
We already have an amazing community of people doing extraordinary things to improve the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged children across the UK. But there's so much more we can do. Over the next three years, we will substantially increase our volunteer fundraisers and enhance our digital presence to improve our supporter experience. We want to be the charity of choice for everyone committed to raising money in their communities to transform the lives of the most vulnerable children.
To support our work in our local communities, it's imperative that we generate and grow income. This is where you come in. We are now seeking a number of exceptional Community Fundraising specialists to join our team.
These are great opportunities to help transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children.
If you believe in children and are excited by challenge, please read on for further details.
